Executive Assistant - Sourcing

Experience: 4-6 Years

Job Description:
  • Manage Sr. VP sourcing's emails, communications, and schedule.
  • Provide administrative and business support to the purchase team.
  • Maintain and update calendars, plan activities in advance.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with suppliers and key parties.
  • Handle vendor inquiries, samples, and pricing.
  • Obtain purchase order approval from HOD.
  • Manage test reports and maintain records.
  • Attend expos and exhibitions with the team.
  • Follow up with departments and maintain vendor inquiry records.
  • Manage Sr. VP sourcing's personal accounts and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare MIS reports (purchase order, inventory, and basic financials) in excel.
  • Coordinate tasks among the purchase team based on HOD advice.
  • Coordinate with the travel desk for Sr. VP sourcing's travel and accommodation.
 
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate with excellent communication skills (B.Sc. in chemistry preferred).
  • Age up to 35 years.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Any industry background, preference for chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemicals.
  • Understanding of raw material, packaging material for expertise with the purchase team.
